to get the latest listings our web search is updated daily and the

also send you email notification of the latest listings that match your
investor criteria. But wait that's not enough. In addition to that
you will need those foreclosure properties. Those aren't typically
listed by realtors. In order to receive those listings you will
have to subscribe to a foreclosure subscription website. After
doing our homework we can recommend one of 2 services (just

3. Be up-to-date: Forbes Magazine
offers a great newsletter that is delivered to your inbox via email.
This newsletter specifically updates you on the housing market
nationwide. This is the one tool that you cannot do without. We
subscribe to it and is essential to you if you are looking to start investing in real estate. The
